Medias and Communication
In a tight economical environment, costs reduction and mutualisation of IT infrastructures appear as a way to strengthen companies against economic downturn.
IT mutualisation projets often implies addition of new providers or re-negotiation with existing ones. Those phases are key elements to ensure critical infrastructures will be properly installed, operated and maintained.
Companies must ensure quality, performance and reactivity engagements taken by their providers are realistic and in-line with business requirements.
Project managers in charge of those new projects must use a wide panel of competences to ensure success of their projects in complex environments.
Objectives
Starting with an engineering degree in 2005, I begun my career with wireless networks. First in Paris, with Bluesafe, I discovered network integration through very technical projects. Then in London, with Nscglobal, I had the opportunity to work for worldwide customers, progressively acquiring project management competences.
In 2009, Altran
gave me the opportunity to work as a project manager within large
corporations (Total, GDF Suez) on various network subjects. Using
technical expertise I acquired during the first four years of my
career I had a good understanding of difficulties encountered by
technical resources working on my projects allowing me to adjust risks, costs and plans accordingly.
During the next few years, I wish to continue working on project
management, on increasingly critical projects and progressively moving
toward program management.
